Feasibility Studies

Often undertaken as the first stage of a project in order to establish scope and budget, feasibility studies can be undertaken independently to establish the viability of a project.

Q3 Architecture has experience in the preparation of feasibilities for local and state governments, not for profit organizations, corporate clients and individuals.

Feasibility studies typically involve:

• Documentation of the current situation
• Establishment of the constraints on, and opportunities for development
• Analysis of alternatives for development
• Establishment of likely scope and associated costs and timing
• Recommendations based on agreed success factors

Research into possible funding sources and assistance in the preparation of funding applications has also been undertaken for some clients.
