Building Inspections

Q3 Architecture provides pre-purchase and existing building inspections.

Inspections include:

• Assessment of the condition of the building fabric and services
• Identification of existing problems and factors likely to cause future problems
• Recommendation for remedial works and identification of priorities
• Production of a building condition report.

Recommendations for increasing the environmental efficiency of the structure and reducing energy consumption can be included on request.
