Living spaces are flexible maximizing functionality and outlook.

Building orientation affords external areas protection from the sea breeze and locates openings to capture the sun and capitalize on views along the stunning Margaret River coastline. Living spaces are flexible maximizing functionality and outlook. Building form and materials satisfy the client’s desire for a “beach house” aesthetic. The colour palette, inspired by the coastal vegetation, provides reference to the local context.
