Brief: Design a triplex development with a high standard of finish for the speculative housing market.
Solution: The development was designed to maximize floor areas while providing a high level of privacy and amenity for each house. Variation in orientation and materials used provided for individuality of design within the chosen aesthetic. This project was designed for an experienced builder who had built a number of projects with Q3.

This project was designed for an experienced builder who had
built a number of projects with Q3. A collaborative approach
to the project delivery resulted in an excellent product
which exceeded expectations in relation to design,
finish and marketability.
