Solution:Site Planning
Vehicular access and parking was arranged around
the site perimeter to provide for pedestrian friendly access within the
development. “Green spaces” linking chalets provides for safe pedestrian
circulation, view corridors and effective breezeways.
Building Design
Three Chalet Types were designed to provide
for a varied end user demographic. Designs were developed to maximise
passive solar benefits and to conform with pre-fabricated building
constuction parameters to ensure an environmentally efficient and
cost effective built solution.
