Brief: Design a luxury development for the speculative housing market.
Solution: The development was designed to utilize the natural topography of the site to capitalize on views to the Swan River. Located on a corner lot, the houses, designed as detached dwellings, were detailed and finished to a high standard.

Brief:Design a luxury development for the speculative housing market.
Solution:The development was designed to utilize the natural topography of the site to capitalize on views to the Swan River. Located on a corner lot, the houses, designed as detached dwellings, were detailed and finished to a high standard.
Site planning and building design provides external spaces well protected from the elements. Internal spaces are zoned to group living areas around external entertaining areas and are orientated to maximize thermal comfort through passive heating and cooling. Internal planning separates activity zones to create an efficient, functional floor plan providing excellent amenity for the occupants.
Carefully designed and incorporated external works and landscaping enhance the approach to the residences and create a natural hierarchy between “public” and “private” outdoor spaces providing both privacy and connection to the street.
